As you go through the metal gate off the street and onto the museum front grounds there is a ramp on your right. You can roll up there and across to the main entrance thus avoiding all the front steps. From the Reception hall to the first exhibit floor there are no steps. There are elevators to other floors. Bathrooms are accessible but some of the stalls are small.
Does anyone know about tours of this museum? We will have limited time to visit, and would like a tour to guide us to the most important exhibits in the museum.

I did not see tour guides when I was there. However, it is a small museum and you can easily pursue your own interests by following the printed museum map.
