Hi, the tour is on a motorbike and sidecar, and access to Table Mountain is in a cable car and there are only walking paths there...... so no, this tour does not go to Table Mountain. However, the tour including Signal Hill is great and you get a great view of Table Mountain and Cape Town. I went in Nov and it was not cold and windy. I would fully recommend the company.
