Copper Hills Apartments is an income based, family housing unit and some restrictions and guidelines do apply.If you are a full time student, you must have a dependent or someone that isn’t a student as a roommate.Copper Hills Apartments have a 12 month lease and fill them as they become available. Our locations are; 52830 Hwy-M26 in Lake Linden and 901 Portage Street, Houghton offering 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms units (3br. are in Lake Linden only) as well as barrier free units.We have units available at this time and it is beneficial to submit an application for consideration.
