I visited yesterday(10-Feb-2019, 12PM) The staff dropped my phone in the process of taking pictures with my phone. In your system, Staffs can inadvertently drop guest’s phone. Is there a way to get rewarded?

Hi I am doing a short stopover of about 5 hours in Penang due to the cruise itinerary. I’m wondering how long should I set aside for the upside down museum? Thank you
A:
2 hours would be good. After the 3d museum and the upside down and there are the narrow streets. Also theres the street arts. Tyou wouldn't feel the town unless you walk through them.
