Thank you Tricia! I got a hold of someone at Take Tours via their website help desk. Unfortunately the $46/pp really entails bus trip only. They said that the West Point 1hr15min bus/grounds tour are not included. They said the museum is included; but then again it's always been free! Thank you for guiding me to this site. At least it's an option other than renting a car.

It sounds as if you toured the displays in the Visitor Center. The Museum has six galleries, and has quiet a bit more in its exhibits that what you described.
