A Carbon County man is accused of shooting a pickup truck during a road rage incident last year in Lehigh County, according to authorities. On Wednesday, John C. Miles, 34, of Palmerton, was arraigned on charges alleging he fired a handgun twice during the incident that happened in November.

John C.
