Tens of thousands of people in Slovakia have gathered at squares and street across the country to voice their opposition to the pro-Russia policies of populist Prime Minister Robert Fico.

Tens of thousands come onto the streets, as Robert Fico threatens to deport foreigners he says are fomenting a coup.

On Friday evening, January 24, protests were held in cities across Slovakia against the policies of the government of Prime Minister Robert Fico, according to the Ta3 TV channel and the Aktuality publication.
