Authorities have released the identity of a man shot and killed Friday afternoon outside a restaurant in Guthrie.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said the death of David Allen Dunford, 54, is in the early stages, and investigators don't know if the man killed fired or even pointed a gun at police.
