The Caitlin Clark Effect is carrying over into her second season with the Indiana Fever. At least five Fever away games in 2025 have been moved to larger arenas, continuing a trend from 2024,

In their first season after selecting Clark with the No. 1 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, the Fever set several TV viewership records, including the two most-watched WNBA games on ABC ever (against the Seattle Storm in August and the New York Liberty in May).

The Fever played 36 of their 40 2024 regular-season games on national broadcasts. With the WNBA expanding its schedule to 44 games this season, it’s unsurprising Indiana’s total increased. Last year, six different WNBA television partners set viewership records for their highest WNBA game. All six involved Fever telecasts.
