HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - A 12-year-old boy was shot multiple times after throwing a snowball at a car. Police said the boy was treated at Connecticut Children’s and will be okay. On Wednesday evening, officials responded to the shooting near Capitol Avenue and Park Terrace.
