HOUSTON ( KIAH ) — Police said a man was shot and killed Sunday afternoon at Rosalie and Brailsport in Houston’s Third Ward. Family members identified the victim as 19-year-old Jaylon Fox.
One man who lives near the intersection told ABC13 about crime in the area. "It's always gunshots," he added, "but (police) don't come over here and help us," he said.
