According to local Rostov-based social media channels, explosions were heard in the city of Rostov, as well as in Taganrog, Bataisk, Azov, Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, and the Myasnikovsky district.

According to the head of Ukraine’s Centre Against Disinformation the missile attack focused on ta plant “which produces rocket fuel specialising in solid fuel components for rocket engines”.
