He said he would end a federal mandate on electric vehicles and the Green New Deal — seemingly in reference to climate policies by former President Joe Biden aimed at reducing fossil fuel consumption — but offered few other details in his speech.

The incoming administration will enact a suite of reforms geared towards boosting U.S. fossil fuel production.
