The volunteer crime-prevention group is resuming its patrol after a woman was fatally burned on the New York City subway.
Sebastian Zapeta, the man accused of burning a sleeping woman to death inside a NYC train, has been indicted on murder and arson charges.
A 67-year-old man found on fire Friday night inside Penn Station was in critical condition Sunday, the NYPD said. The man’s identity has not been released.
