It is said Josh Berman (Drop Dead Diva) will be writing the tale, along with executive producing with the original series' creative team, co-creators and showrunners David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf.

Josh Berman, the creator of Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva,” is writing the “Grimm” movie, which he is executive producing with the original series showrunners David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf, as well as original EPs Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner. Milliner’s Hazy Mills Productions and Universal Television are the studios behind the reboot.
