Maharashtra Signs MoU With AWS At WEF Davos For $8.3 Billion Investment In Cloud Infrastructure By 2030, Generating Over 81,000 Jobs
Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced an $8.3 billion investment in cloud infrastructure in Maharashtra’s Mumbai region, aimed at expanding the country’s cloud computing capacity by 2030. This investment, part of AWS’s $12.7 billion commitment announced in May 2023, is expected to generate over 81,200 jobs within India’s data centre supply chain.
