Authorities are investigating after a commuter bus wrapped with the message “Call on Jesus” caught fire Wednesday, sparking a massive explosion in North Shreveport, Louisiana.

At the heart of the dispute are the Waste Recycling and Collection Officers, who were paid more than some other bin workers.
