There's a lot of videos on YouTube about the technical side of making twitch emotes that I highly recommend watching. Edit: oh and I use Procreate for making my emotes.

I suggest twitch artists, but it's against the rules here for me to post any channel names or twitch links, so look for them on the Art section. Another reason to get a twitch artist is because the Art community will usually raid and support each other and clients.
