Submit admission/readmission application to USC Upstate at the school website for the term in which you plan to enroll in classes. OR, If at a USC campus other than USC Upstate, submit a change of campus form through Self-Service Carolina.

Students are required to complete the USC Upstate undergraduate admission application at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the USC Upstate semester they wish to attend (and must complete one full academic year at their current school to qualify for the application fee waiver).
